From the land
Hand-cut steaks and chops and farm-fresh poultry - a 16-ounce ribeye, pork tenderloin, our fried chicken - simply prepared to let good ingredients speak for themselves.
Dining House
Breakfast for inn guests is served seven days a week from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Dinner is served nightly by reservation, with seatings from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Breakfast
Your stay includes a bountiful country breakfast: breads baked in house or brought in fresh from our friends at Miller's bakery, Foggy Bottom Pancakes, homemade sausage, Farmer's Scramble, granola, fresh fruit, and freshly squeezed orange juice.
Dinner
Dinner is served nightly by reservation, with seatings from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Fine spirits, wines, assorted beers, seasonal ingredients when possible, and a dining room designed for lingering. You do not have to be staying with us to join for dinner - neighbors and travelers are always welcome, and we would love to have you. Call ahead to reserve your table.

Nothing wasted
When we hand-cut our 16-ounce ribeyes, the trimmings become the grind for a burger that shows up when the kitchen has them. It's how this kitchen has always worked: whole ingredients, used well, nothing wasted.
